All Behaviors Considered is an out-patient behavioral therapy clinic, working with children with learning disabilities.
Our mission is to provide individuals with autism and other special needs, the opportunity to learn, socialize, grow, and have fun. We provide effective behavior therapy & teach functional life skills to children on the Autism Spectrum using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We believe that every child has great potential and should have the chance to become active and productive members of their families and communities.
About the job
Title: Behavior Technician
Who can apply: Anyone who likes to work with children (usually 3-9 years old) and be willing to learn different methods of working with special-needs children.
Description: As a therapist at ABC, you will be trained in ABA techniques to work with children on the autism spectrum. You will work on teaching simple skills, while managing the kids' behavior. If you are not certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), ABC will provide support for certification.

Hours: Flexible, 20 hours per week (M-F 9-5)
Job Type: W2 contract (Paid by the hour, every 2 weeks)
Pay: Negotiable
US Citizenship or EAD required.
